Hailing from the city of Nagano and a graduate of the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute, Executive Chef Shusuke Kubota brings years of world-class culinary experience and knowledge to the palates of diners at Omakase @ Stevens.
Having apprenticed at renowned restaurants in France and Japan, Chef Kubota strives to use his Japanese roots and influences of French cooking techniques and style to tantalise all five senses with a wide selection of daily specials presented in their true form.

Restaurant Policies

All reservations are only held for 15 minutes. Late-comers will be considered as no-shows. The last seating is at 8.00pm.

Kindly note that any No-shows / Cancellations / Reduction of total diner(s) / Change of reservation date within 72 hours of the reserved dining date is subject to the penalty charge of SGD 240 per person.

Any increase of diner(s) to an existing reservation is subjected to the seats availability.

The restaurant’s attire is smart casual. No flip-flops / singlet are allowed.

Please notify us your dietary restrictions upon reservation being made or minimum 48 hours prior notice is required in order for us to make an alternative arrangement / substitution. We regret that last-minute request will not be accommodated.
