Meet The Chef

Chef Shu Kubota

Hailing from the city of Nagano and a graduate of the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute, Executive Chef Shusuke Kubota brings years of world-class culinary experience and knowledge to the palates of diners at Omakase @ Stevens.  

Having apprenticed at renowned Michelin restaurants in France and Japan, Chef Kubota strives to use his Japanese roots and influences of French cooking techniques and style to tantalise all five senses with a wide selection of daily specials presented in their true form.

Tell us a little about your request so our chef can begin the creation process.
  1. All reservations are only held for 15 minutes. Latecomers will be considered as no show. The last seating is 8 pm.

  2. Kindly note that any no shows or cancellation within 3 days of the reserved dining date, will incur a penalty charge of SGD 200 per person.

  3. Any increase of person(s) to the existing reservation is subjected to availability and any reduced in the number of people (s) from the original reservation within 3 days is subjected to a SGD 200 penalty charge per person.

  4. The restaurant’s attire is smart-casual, no flip-flops are allowed.

  5. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you make a reservation as we need time to prepare alternative arrangements.  

  6. Kindly note that we are unable to provide vegetarian and vegan options.
